Right of Cancellation and Cancellation Policy
The consumer has a two-week right of cancellation.
Cancellation Policy:
You can cancel your contract declaration within 2 (two) weeks, without giving reasons, in writing (e.g. by letter, fax or e-mail) or – if the goods have been handed over to you before expiry of the deadline – by returning the goods. The period begins with the receipt of this cancellation policy in writing, but not before arrival of the goods at the recipient (in case of repeated deliveries of similar goods not before receipt of the first partial delivery) and not before fulfilment of our information obligations in accordance with article 246 § 2 in conjunction with § 1 par. 1 and 2 EGBGB as well as our obligations in accordance with § 312e par. 1 sentence 1 BGB in conjunction with article 246 § 3 EGBGB. The timely sending of the cancellation or return of the goods suffices to keep the cancellation deadline.

Consequences of Cancellation:
In the event of an effective cancellation, services received by either party must be returned and any benefits (e.g. interest) reimbursed. If you are unable to return the received services partly or wholly or can only return them in a poorer condition, you may be obliged to replace the value. This does not apply for delivered goods if the reduction in value of the goods is due only to testing – as would have been possible in a shop for example. Moreover, you can avoid the obligation to replace the value for a reduction in the value of the goods due to proper use by not putting the goods into use as your property and doing nothing which could impair their value.
Goods which can be sent by parcel post should be returned at our risk. You must pay the return costs if the delivered goods are those that were ordered and if the price of the goods to be returned does not exceed an amount of 40 EUROS or if you have not yet paid for or made a contractually agreed down payment for the goods in case of a higher price. Otherwise the return is free for you. Goods which cannot be returned by parcel post will be collected from you. Obligations to reimburse payments must be fulfilled within 30 days. The period begins for you with the sending of your declaration of cancellation or return of the goods, for us with their receipt.
